The schedule includes a 2-Day Symposium, an optional dinner, and an optional short workshop.
The workshop is for anyone interested in learning about the IUCN World Protected Areas Congress or
the International Marine Protected Areas Congress.

The short workshop program is being designed in partnership with the IUCN World Commission on Protected Areas.

This optional workshop will brief and prepare interested attendees for the 2027 IUCN World Protected Areas Congress and the 2027 International Marine Protected Areas Congress. This workshop will be led by Madhu Rao, Chair of the IUCN World Commission on Protected Areas, and include guest presenters. Note: Tickets will be sold separately for this workshop, with costs kept minimal.
