GOVERNANCE

The Australian Committee for IUCN is an incorporated Association and registered Charity. We are regulated by the Australian Taxation Office, NSW Fair Trading, and the Australian Charities and Not-for Profits Commission.

 

The Board oversees the organisation’s governance, risks, and performance. Board members provide advice, direction and support to the Executive Director to deliver on the mission and the strategic plan.​
