Our Summer Newsletter is now out and available to view online.
Welcome message
ACIUCN wishes all our Members, Associates, Commissions experts, colleagues and friends a wonderful 2025, as we continue working together towards our vision of living in harmony with nature by 2050.
We have a full year of activities planned, including:
Knowledge exchange forums for our NGO members across Australia
Our mid-year Species Survival Symposium in Sydney
The IUCN World Conservation Congress in Abu Dhabi in October
A “taking action for nature” group fundraising and public engagement campaign
Our regular series of informative webinars
We are currently compiling the report from our National Ecosystem Restoration Workshop held in Canberra, September 2024. The report is in the first draft stage and almost ready for the first round of consultations. We are aiming to release the final report in April 2025.
We also recently joined many members of our nature conservation community on the Bluesky social media platform. If you are on there and we haven’t followed you yet, please let us know: Join ACIUCN on Bluesky
We look forward to engaging with you all over the coming months and achieving positive outcomes for nature together.
