About This Event


The Australian Committee for IUCN invites board members from environmental organisations across Australia to join our NGO Governance Exchange Network. The NGO Governance Exchange is a quarterly forum for Board Members of Environmental NGOs to share governance knowledge and resources, learn, network, and collaborate. The aim is to support and strengthen the governance of mission-aligned Australian environmental organisations.

Guest Speaker: Sophie Souchon

Digital Transformation Manager, Infoxchange


Sophie leads the not-for-profit digital capacity-building activities at Infoxchange. This includes managing a team of consultants and training designers to enable NFPs to leverage technology and increase their impact.


At the 14th August meeting, Sophie presented on AI policy development, organisational AI capacity building, and how Infoxchange can help.
